YOU AREN'T A LICENSED NOR PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL AGENT. I COULD DO EVERYTHING YOU'RE DOING MYSELF. WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU FOR THIS?
This is true. A travel consultation is free, and no one says you have to go with my findings. It's worth a shot to see what I find on the chance that I will be able to save you money because perhaps 8 times out of 10 I will be able to. To truly find the best and most cost effective deals while traveling takes patience, dedication, a pretty serious time commitment, a whole lot of research and a knowledge of travel trends doesn't hurt. What I propose to provide with my services goes WAY above and beyond a google search for "cheap roundtrip flights to Miami".
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR DEALS ARE LEGIT?
Listen- this is an extremely fair question. The cut and dry simple answer is that I do this because I think traveling is an incredible thing and an honor to be able to do. I believe that everyone should be able to get out of their own bubble for a little while, no matter how tight the budget. Everyone deserves to travel! I genuinely want people to go places that they want to go and feel good about every aspect of their trip. I would NEVER provide someone with a trip that I would not personally go on that exact same trip myself. I'm 23 and love to travel- I left the country for the first time when I was 4 and never really looked back. Due to this, I've become quite well versed in travel "lingo" and how to spot many red flags through unfortunate personal trial and error. Of course, no one and nothing is perfect- but I truly strive to consider every possible.....consideration (🙃) in order to ensure that there are as few, if any, unexpected bumps in your travel experience as possible within our control.
HOW DO YOU FIND THESE DEALS???
Nice try, a magician never reveals her secrets 😉 Honestly though, years of research and figuring stuff out. I really didn't get good at this overnight. But I'm also begging you to be realistic. Yes, I have a knack for finding ridiculous travel deals. But I'm not ACTUALLY a magician, nor a miracle worker.
CAN I GET A REFUND/CANCELLATION?
Once you book, that's between you and the airline, hotel airbnb host, etc. But if you book a trip through me and, for whatever reason, end up not taking it, I will honor a refund of whatever payment was given to me directly for my services.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD IÂ START PLANNING?
The earlier the better, always. Even if you can't book now, etc, always look into it. Doing so immediately will give you a way better idea of how much you need to budget and save for the trip, as well as allow you as much time as possible to catch any potential dips in price.
